Subject: Grand Secretaries Sub-Web Page and Downloadable Forms

Recognizing the need to further assist the Worshipful Masters and Secretaries of the Constituent Lodges, the Most Worshipful Grand Master has authorized the Grand Secretary to create a new sub-web page on the Grand Lodge Website for the Office of the Grand Secretary.

This innovative enhancement to the grand lodge website will help to streamline the ordering of Masonic Supplies and provide immediate access to the grand lodge forms which are vital to the administration of every lodge.  The grand lodge forms have been converted to PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat  Reader in order to open and utilize the documents.  For those who do not have this software a link has been provided which will allow one to download a free copy from the Adobe website.

While forms may be accessed via the internet and completed and printed online using a computer, Lodge Secretaries, Worshipful Masters and District Deputy Grand Masters are reminded that the protocol for submission of correspondence to the Grand Lodge has not changed. 

 All correspondence must be signed by the Worshipful Master, the lodge Secretary, contain the seal of the lodge and be submitted through the District Deputy Grand Master to the Office of the Grand Secretary.   For those forms, which also require payments, checks for the appropriate account and amount must also accompany the completed form(s). 

On-line forms MAY NOT be emailed to the Grand Secretary.  Such action demonstrates a violation of Masonic Protocol and a circumvention of the Chain of Support.
